The OPTIFAST® VLCD™Shakes Assorted Pack are a great way to try out the variety of flavours in the OPTIFAST® VLCD™Shakes range.
This assorted pack has 2 sachets each of Chocolate, Coffee Flavour, Strawberry Flavour, Vanilla Flavour, and Mocha Flavour Shakes.
The Shakes are a part of a nutritionally complete, very low calorie diet program. They can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch or dinner, are high in protein and taste delicious.
April 2022 this item is arriving in NZ with a best before date of November 2022
Precautions may need to be taken when using the OPTIFAST VLCD Program.

Normal weight individuals with a BMI under 25kg/m2. During pregnancy or breastfeeding. Children under the age of 18 years of age. In the presence of porphyria. If recently suffered from a myocardial infarction (heart attack) or diagnosed with Unstable Angina (chest pain), unless recommended by your cardiologist.
Please consult your doctor before use of Optifast if you have renal disease.
Not recommended for individuals with Advanced Liver Disease.
Is OPTIFAST® VLCD™suitable for Diabetes?
Most overweight and obese patients with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes are eligible to use OPTIFAST® VLCD™as part of an overall management program that emphasises the importance of ongoing weight maintenance. You must consult your doctor or healthcare professional before starting the OPTIFAST® VLCD™Program, as you may require an adjustment in your medication or insulin dosage, as well as close monitoring of other weight loss markers.
