Mixing Directions: Add contents of sachet to 200 to 250mls of chilled water in shaker and mix.
Handy Hints: Use chilled water with ice for a great creamy taste. If you are not doing the weight loss program, but taking the shakes for convenience or Extra Nutrition in your diet, you can also mix the shakes with low fat milk.
