With lavender, chamomile, passionflower, Californian poppy and tart cherry, Deep Sleep boasts lightly sedative qualities as well as supporting the body's natural production of melatonin - our sleep hormone.

It also works to calm our neurotransmitters which gives our brains a break; signalling that it's time for rest and slowing down our brain's drive to problem-solve even when we're catching Zs.

Amount per daily serving:

• Passion Flower (extract 4:1) - 500mg
• California poppy (extract 4:1) - 300mg
• Tart Cherry - 160mg
• Chamomile flower (extract 4:1) - 100mg
• Magnesium Glycinate - 100mg
• Ginger Root - 50mg
• Lavender flower (extract 4:1) - 20mg
• Zinc Picolinate - 10mg
• Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCL) - 5mg
• Additional ingredients (Hydroxpropyl Methylcellulose, Microcrystalline cellulose)

Directions:

Take 3 x capsules daily, with food in the evening.

Is this product right for me?

• Suitable for ages 12+
• Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Do not take with warfarin or other blood thinning medication such as warfarin.
• Take caution that many of the sedating herbs in this product can enhance the effects of sedative medications i.e. benzodiazepines.
