Pregnant women in the second of third trimester of each pregnancy.

Children aged 7 to 18 years who have not completed 4 doses of primary immunisation.

Patients aged 65 years and over as a single booster shot

Patients age from 45 years old who have not had 4 previous tetanus doses, administered as a single booster

Vaccination of previously unimmunised or partially immunised patients

Revaccination following immunosuppression

Patients with tetanus-prone wounds requiring booster.
