• Additional ingredients (Gelatine, Rice Flour, Rice Concentrate)

Directions:

• Digest Assist is designed to be taken prior to eating to increase your digestive enzymes and support the breakdown of your food for optimal digestion and nutrient absorption.
• Take 1x capsule before each main meal such as breakfast, lunch and dinner (up to 3x capsules daily).
