Herman Salzmann is based in Pukerua Bay, Porirua. He has devoted himself to the art of Maori carving for the past 10 years.
His work is displayed at Te Papa Marae, Porirua Court Room, NZ Police Museum, Writers Guild, Porirua City Council and Sister City Blacktown.
The glass tiki is the second collaboration between Moana Road & Herman Salzmann after the best selling Te Wheku Light
