HERITAGE 'GOLDEN LILY' MORRIS' PRINT

Golden Lily, designed in 1899 by John Henry Dearle, is a celebration of spring and summer flowers.

The abundance of blooms extends to the lily petals, which are themselves ornamented by small pink flowers.

Entwined leaves and stems create vertical structure to the pattern.

The S-shape form is a recurrent feature in Dearle’s designs.
