RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:

• Adult and children over 12 years: 5mls 
• Take two doses 30 minutes apart before bed. 
• Repeat if needed to a maximum of 5 doses in a 24 hour period

INGREDIENTS: Each 10ml dose contains:

• Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) tinc. (equiv. dry herb flower) - 600mg
• Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) tinc. (equiv. dry root) - 300mg
• Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) tinc. (equiv. dry root) - 200mg
• Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) tinc. (equiv. dry flower - 100mg
• Hops (Humulus lupulus) tinc. (equiv. dry strobile) - 100mg
• Also contains non-palm vegetable glycerine, ethanol, and mandarin essential oil.
• Formulated without gluten, wheat, animal products, dairy, egg, soy, corn artificial colours, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners, and preservatives.
