DIRECTIONS 
Shake well before use. 

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE 
Adult and children over 12 years Take 5 sprays into the mouth, up to 3x during the night. 

STORAGE
Store in a cool, dry place. No refrigeration necessary.

INGREDIENTS: Each 1.1ml dose:

• Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) tinc equiv dry herb and flower 121mg
• Californian Poppy (Eschscholzia californica) tinc. Equiv dry herb & flower 121mg
• Linden Flowers (Tilia spp.) tinc equiv dry flowers 66mg 
• “Noble” Kava (Piper methysticum) tinc. equiv dry root 60.5mg
• Also contains non- palm vegetable glycerine, ethanol, and natural flavours.
