To order, visit the product page for the product you want to order, and click on the “Add to Cart” button. Once you are ready to purchase, click on Checkout.
We utilise the trusted New Zealand Eftpos and E-Commerce provider Payment Express to process Visa and Mastercard payments. We accept POLi, Afterpay and Laybuy payments.
Credit card payments can be made over the phone by contacting the Pharmacy or we can provide bank account details for direct deposits.
We will send you a thank you email and provide tracking number and delivery information within 24 hours of your order being placed. If you have not received your tracking information within 24 hours, please firstly check your email spam and then contact the Pharmacy. We will happily look into your order and advise of your order status.
Shipping costs are $7 tracked New Zealand wide and $10 tracked rural delivery. We offer FREE click and collect.
Occasionally we may provide FREE shipping when certain order amounts are met. Offer such as these will be displayed at the top of every page on the site and will automatically adjust at checkout.
All orders are sent via Courier Post. All orders are processed and sent within 1 working day. We will send any orders placed before 3 pm on the same working day.
Once the order has left the Pharmacy we have no control on the delivery timeframe.
The target time for delivery is 1-2 working days or 3-4 working days for rural delivery.
If you have not received your order in 7 working days please contact the Pharmacy and we will be happy to assist with your enquiry.
If for any reason we do not have a product in-stock you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise you of any delay in delivering the product. We will do our utmost to fulfill any orders and are happy to provide an instant refund if we can not deliver your items within your desirable timeframes.
We can provide international shipping worldwide. We currently have shipping to Australia available online but welcome enquiries to other destinations. Please contact the Pharmacy and we would be happy to find out the cost of shipping to your selected country.
Shipping to Australia varies depending on the size of the item selected and the service required. We can offer tracked or non tracked delivery. Any non tracked items are purchased at the buyers risk and the Pharmacy is not liable for orders that do not arrive. We will, however, do our utmost to assist with any lost item.
We reserve the right to cancel any international orders if the items ordered are prohibited from being sent overseas or the cost of postage is significantly higher than estimated at checkout. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to you.
Please note we are unable to ship internationally medicines, fragrances or other dangerous goods.

We accept requests to cancel orders. Please contact the Pharmacy as soon as possible. Please be aware, in our efforts to process and ship orders the same day, your order may have been collected by our courier and cancellations may not be possible. We will assist in as many ways as possible should you need to cancel your order.
Our Pharmacy is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with the products you have ordered we are happy to accept returns. Please contact the Pharmacy as soon as possible and we will assist in any way we can. We will endeavour to provide a replacement product promptly or if necessary a full refund.
Unfortunately some items state on the website we are unable to accept returns unless it has been damaged during the delivery or the wrong product has been delivered.
If you have changed your mind about a product or it is not what you have expected please contact the Pharmacy and we will help with your enquiry. We will provide a full refund provided you return the item to the Pharmacy in an unopened and re-sellable condition. You must contact the Pharmacy within 14 days of receiving your product. Products must be returned at your own expense.
If you would like to exchange your item we are happy to assist. If you have ordered the wrong product, contact us and we will see what we can do. We offer exchanges provided the original product is in an unopened re-sellable condition. If you are unsure please talk to us and we will do our best to assist. Your happiness is extremely important to us.
If you suspect your product has been damaged during delivery please do not throw away the parcel or cover in which the parcel arrived in. Please contact us by phone or email and forward a photo of the damaged parcel. We will send a replacement product as soon as possible and we will organise the return of the damaged product. You must return to our Pharmacy within 10 days any products that are damaged, or notify us of any lost or incomplete deliveries so that we can inspect the products or lay claim against the carrier. Failure to do so may result in the claim being declined.
Our Pharmacy reserves the right to decide in its sole discretion whether it will accept the return of any products for credit, repair or replacement. Our Pharmacy will not accept return of any product that has been tampered with, where the damage has resulted from misuse or incorrect storage by the Customer or where the product is expressly sold on a no-returns basis. Receipt by our Pharmacy of returned product does not constitute acceptance for any purposes.
Where legally obligated, we will meet our obligations under all relevant consumer protection laws and any product which is faulty, damaged, or expired can be returned at any time for a full refund, including the cost of shipping. Where a product is eligible for a refund, we will endeavor to refund you within 7 working days.
