Suggested Dose/Directions

Directions for use: Mix with fruit juice, water or fluid. Adults & adolescents over 13 years: 1 rounded 5ml measuring spoon. Children 9 to 13 years: 1/2 a 5ml measuring spoon daily. Children 4 to 8 years: 1/2 a 2.5ml measuring spoon daily. 
 

Ingredients Per Dose

Active ingredients per 5g dose (approximately 1 rounded 5ml measuring spoon): Calcium a Calcium ascorbate threonate complex (equiv. Calcium 99mg) 1000 mg, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 750 mg, Vitamin C (from sodium ascorbate) (equiv. Sodium 33mg) 250 mg, Citrus bioflavonoid complex (standardised to 35mg hesperidin) 100 mg, Rutin 100 mg, Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 7 mg. Also contains: Maltodextrin, natural flavouring, Thaumatin and xanthan gum. No added: Yeast, artificial colours or preservatives.
