Description

Difflam sore throat sprays deliver a soft mist containing active ingredients to rapidly soothe and in one case numb the pain and discomfort of a sore throat.

The spray contains an anti-inflammatory agent that provides fast relief by targeting the site of inflammation to reduce swelling and pain. The main difference between this original Sore Throat Spray and the FORTE formulation is the amount of anti-inflammatory ingredient (almost doubled in the FORTE formulation) – so you can get relief in fewer sprays.

The multidirectional spray nozzle allows application directly onto the sore inflamed area, for fast and targeted relief from a sore throat.

Use these formulations from the first sign of that tickle in your throat.

Contains:

Benzydamine hydrochloride 1.5mg/ml,

Ethanol,

Saccharin sodium

In each spray:

Benzydamine Hydrochloride 255 micrograms.

Directions: 

Age: Adults and children over 12 years.

Dosage: Spray 2-4 times directly onto the sore/inflamed area. Swallow gently.

How often: Every 1 1/2-3 hours as required.

Age: Children 6-12 years

Dosage: Spray 2 times directly onto the sore/inflamed area. Swallow gently.

How often: Every 1 1/2-3 hours as required.

Before first use or after a period of non-use, prime the spray by depressing the pump until the mist is released.

After use, wipe the nozzle with a tissue to prevent blockage.

Do not use:

– If you are allergic to benzydamine or other anti-inflammatory medicines.

– If an allergic reaction occurs, stop taking and see your doctor immediately.

– In the last 3 months of pregnancy

– If past the expiry date

See your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant or likely to become pregnant.

While using this medicine

– Keep out of reach of children

– Not recommended for children under 6 years

– Avoid contact with eyes

– Uninterrupted treatment should not exceed 7 days
