Directions

• Add powder to a cup of warm or cold water and stir well.
• Adults: Use one rounded teaspoon of powder.
• Teens 13 - 18 years: Use 1/2 a rounded teaspoon of powder.

Ingredients

Each 4g (1 rounded teaspoon) contains:

• Chamomile (Matricaria Chamomilla L.) extract equivalent to dried flower - 2,000 mg
• Magnesium (from Magnesium aspartate complex) - 125 mg

Also contains: Maltodextrin, citric acid anhydrous, thaumatin, sorbitol, lemon flavour and rice hulls.

No added: Sugar, artificial colours, sweeteners or flavours.

Suitable for vegetarians.
