White spring blossom and pink clover flower heads sprinkles the surface of this stylish mini notebook. 

Featuring the Clover V&A wallpaper design by John Henry Dearle (1859-1932), England, from about 1903.  

This was at that time manufactured by Morris & Co. 

The informal, small-scale pattern suited Edwardian taste, which favoured pastel colours and light designs.
