sodium carbonate, sodium sesquicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, camphor, PEG-180, menthol, eucalyptus oil, nutmeg oil, cedar leaf oil, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, canola oil, thymol.

Directions

Cut to open pouch and place tablet on shower floor. For maximum soothing vapours, place tablet in direct stream of water. Not for use in bath. For adult use only.
