Passionflower

Passionflower has been traditionally used to help with sleep and restlessness. It is known to support the activity of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in your brain. This compound lowers brain activity, which may help you relax and support your sleep. 

Chamomile

DIRECTIONS

Adults take one capsule in the evening with food, or as advised by your health professional.
